Abstract:
Disclosed is a thawing method for a thawing apparatus. The thawing apparatus (100) comprises a barrel (110) having a thawing chamber (114), an apparatus door body (120) for opening and closing the thawing chamber (114), a radio frequency generation module (130), an upper electrode plate (140a) and a lower electrode plate (140b) respectively electrically connected to the radio frequency generation module (130), a tray (170) arranged in the thawing chamber (114) and a weighing sensor (171) arranged on the tray (170). The thawing method comprises: the weighing sensor (171) sensing the weight of food to be processed (S502); acquiring the weight of the food to be processed (S504); and determining the operating power of the radio frequency generation module (130) (S506). The operating power of the radio frequency generation module (130) is determined by means of the weight of food to be processed, so that the thawing method has better thawing effects and prevents the unnecessary wasting of energy.
