Abstract:
A preventive and/or therapeutic agent for urinary incontinence which contains as an active ingredient an N-aminoalkylglycinamide derivative represented by the following formula (I), an optical isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of either: (I) wherein A is a single bond or methylene; E and G each is (substituted) lower linear alkylene; m is 0 to 5; R1 is halogeno, CF3, OCF3, CN, NO2, carboxy, OH, SH, lower alkoxycarbonyl, (substituted) carbamoyl, lower alkanoyloxy, (substituted) sulfamoyl, (substituted) lower alkyl, etc.; R2, R3, and R4 each is hydrogen or lower alkyl; n is 0 to 5; R5 is CN, NO2, COOH, SO3H, lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower alkanoyl, etc.; and R6 and R7 each is hydrogen or (substituted) lower alkyl or -NR6N7 is a 5- or 6-membered saturated heterocycle.
