Abstract:
A therapeutic and/or preventive agent for diabetic ischemic heart disease, characterized in that it comprises, as an active component, a phenylpyridazinone derivative represented by the following general formula (1) or (2): (1) (2) wherein R¿1? and R¿2? represent, for example, a hydrogen atom or the like, R¿3? represents, for example, a hydrogen atom or the like, and R¿4? represents, for example, a heterocycle, or a salt of the phenylpyridazinone derivative, or a hydrate or solvate thereof.
