Abstract:
A thermal cleaning furnace control method. The method is applied to a thermal cleaning furnace provided with a feeding chamber, a pyrolysis chamber, and a discharging chamber, wherein the pyrolysis chamber is used for accommodating N trolleys, N being a natural number greater than 1; a guide rail for a feeding trolley to slide on is arranged in the pyrolysis chamber, one end of the guide rail passes through a feeding port of the pyrolysis chamber and extends into the feeding chamber, and the other end of the guide rail passes through a discharge opening of the pyrolysis chamber and extends into the discharging chamber; and the thermal cleaning furnace is further provided with a material-pushing assembly and a material-hooking assembly. The control method comprises: generating a conveying control instruction at a preset time interval after a temperature in the pyrolysis chamber reaches a preset temperature; controlling the material-pushing assembly to push a trolley containing a metal workpiece to be pyrolyzed in the feeding chamber into the pyrolysis chamber according to the conveying control instruction; and controlling the material-hooking assembly to hook a trolley closest to the discharging chamber in the pyrolysis chamber into the discharging chamber according to the conveying control instruction, wherein the trolley containing the metal workpiece to be pyrolyzed is used for containing the metal workpiece to be pyrolyzed. Further disclosed is a thermal cleaning furnace control system for realizing the control method.
