Abstract:
A thermal device according to the present disclosure comprises a ceramic container, a fluid, and a sealing part. The container comprises an internal space, an opening connected to the internal space, and a communication path connecting the internal space and the opening. The fluid is located in the internal space. The sealing part closes the opening. In addition, the sealing part comprises a core and a flange connected to the core. The flange is joined to the container at the periphery of the opening. The core is located inside the opening. A portion of the core is in contact with the wall surface of the opening.
