Title:
THERMAL ENERGY CONVERSION GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/020707
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A thermal energy conversion generator making use of a fluorinated liquid capable of
reproducing each phenomenon of phase change under low pressure as a working fluid,
which thermal energy conversion generator comprises condenser (30) and evaporator
(10) whose at least part consists of a substantially transparent material so
that the working fluid conducts a heat exchange with each of high-temperature fluid
and low-temperature fluid to thereby attain practicing of a power cycle. Consequently,
while ensuring the actual behavior as a power cycle, the apparatus realizes simplified
handling thereof and compact construction of the whole apparatus at low cost.
Furthermore, phenomena of evaporation and condensation can be easily observed,
thereby urging observers to understand the thermal energy conversion generation
as a teaching material device.
