CLAIMS 1- The invention relates to a thermal insulation board that can be made by hidden doweling, the feature of which is; - the recessed part (3) that provides the dowel (5) on both sides of the thermal insulation board (1), - this recessed part (3) is that it covers the surface of the dowel (5) made into the part and includes the protruding part (4) of the thermal insulation board (1) 2- The thermal insulation board mentioned in Claim l is a thermal insulation board that can be hidden, and its feature is that it is characterized by containing the recessed part (3) and the protruding part (4) formed on the four edges of the thermal insulation board (1). 3- The thermal insulation board mentioned in Claim 1, which can be used for hidden doweling, is characterized by the fact that it allows it to be used on facades simultaneously with the thermal insulation board (1) in materials such as ceramics, tiles, glass, composite, stone, gravel. |
Technical Field:
The presented invention relates to a thermal insulation board that can be used for concealed doweling, which has been developed for the side edge properties of thermal insulation boards of various sizes and density.
State of the Art:
As it is known today, classic thermal insulation boards such as xps, eps, rock wool are used for thermal and sound insulation purposes on the interior and exterior facades of our buildings. The common feature of the vast majority of these thermal insulation boards is that the side edge sections are straight cut. Based on this feature, there are various sizes of classic with straight side edges and the way of mounting thermal insulation boards in dacites. These doweling operations are performed by drilling at least two or three dowel holes on the surface of the thermal insulation board and each thermal insulation board, resulting in heat and sound loss due to dowel holes drilled on the surface of the thermal insulation boards. Although the surface of the dowel holes can be plastered with mesh paint, etc. although it is closed with a lid, it does not prevent heat and sound loss. In addition, in the following years, dowel marks form an ugly image on the facade. In addition, plaster, paint, etc. are used in thermal insulation boards used for classical sheathing since such operations are performed on the pier, the quality of workmanship is extremely badly affected by factors such as weather conditions and skill of the master.
As a result, a new technology is needed that can overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages and is aimed at making a ready-made thermal insulation board without fabrication errors. Description of the Figures:
The invention will be described with reference to the accompanying figures, so that the features of the invention will be more clearly understood and appreciated, but the purpose of this is not to limit the invention to these certain regulations. On the contrary, it is intended to cover all alternatives, changes and equivalences that can be included in the area of the invention defined by the accompanying claims. The details shown should be understood that they are shown only for the purpose of describing the preferred embodiments of the present invention and are presented in order to provide the most convenient and easily understandable description of both the shaping of methods and the rules and conceptual features of the invention. In these drawings;
Figure 1 Plaster, paint, ceramic, aluminum plate, mosaic, sand, laminate, glass, etc., which are glued to the surface of the new generation thermal insulation board and thermal insulation boards in various sizes of dansite. it is the appearance of the dowel that allows the installation of such materials and recessed parts where hidden dowels are made, as well as the thermal insulation board on the wall.
Figure 2 It is a front view of the doweled parts on the two sides of the thermal insulation board and the protruding part that covers the dowel.
The figures to help understand the present invention are numbered as indicated in the attached image and are given below along with their names.

3. The Recessed Part
4. The Protruding Part
5. Doweling Detailed Description of The Invention:
The method of application of the new generation thermal insulation board (1) The subject of this invention is coated with different color plaster mesh paint (2) and surface according to the customers' request, and the adhesive mortar is applied to the back of the new generation thermal insulation board (1) and attached to the wall. Doweling (5) is performed from the recessed part (3) and the installation is completed by closing the protruding parts (4) of the second plate with dowels and the recessed parts (3).
The invention allows it to be used on facades simultaneously with a thermal insulation board (1) for materials such as ceramics, tiles, glass, composite, stone, gravel.
The new generation thermal insulation board (1) described in the invention has been applied in buildings for two years and stands out with customer satisfaction and the possibility of quick installation.
