A thermal insulation device for refrigeration, comprising: a thermal insulation body (1), a refrigeration assembly (2), and a heat conducting element (3). The thermal insulation body (1) is provided with a cavity (14) for accommodating objects; the heat conducting element (3) is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity (14); the refrigeration assembly (2) is fixed on one side of the thermal insulation body (1), and comprises a refrigeration part (21); and the heat conducting element (3) is in contact/fixed connection with the refrigeration part (21). The heat conducting element (3) is arranged in the cavity (14) of the thermal insulation body (1), and the heat conducting element (3) is refrigerated by the refrigeration assembly (2), thus continuously providing a refrigeration source to the cavity (14) of the thermal insulation body (1). By the technical means of arranging the heat conducting element (3) in the cavity (14) and the refrigeration assembly (2) capable of continuous refrigeration, the technical problem that a portable thermal insulation device for refrigeration cannot meet the requirements of continuous refrigeration is overcome, and the technical effect of prolonging the refrigeration time of the portable thermal insulation device is achieved.
