Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of batteries, and provides a thermal management component, a manufacturing method therefor, a battery, and an electrical device. The thermal management component comprises a body portion and a shielding piece. The body portion is bent to form a plurality of connecting areas, and the plurality of connecting areas are sequentially connected to form an accommodating space used for accommodating a battery cell; a corner area is formed at the connecting position of two adjacent connecting areas; a medium channel passing through the corner area is formed in the body portion; an opening is formed at the position corresponding to the medium channel on the side of the corner area that faces away from the accommodating space, and the opening communicates with the medium channel. The shielding piece is connected to the body portion and blocks the opening. According to the thermal management component having the described structure, the opening is provided to alleviate the occurrence of significant tension in the corner area of the body portion when the body portion is bent. Therefore, the risk of cracking or collapse of the corner area of the body portion is reduced, ensuring the product yield of the thermal management component. In addition, the height of the medium channel passing through the corner area may be guaranteed, thereby improving the passage of refrigerant.
