Abstract:
A thermal overload relay, comprising a shell, and a main circuit, a heating protection system, an operating mechanism and a control circuit, which are respectively arranged inside the shell, wherein a first straight-through line is arranged in the shell, a wire intake end of the main circuit is provided with a wire intake end lead portion that extends out of the shell, and the first straight-through line comprises a first contact portion which is connected to the control circuit, and a first lead portion which extends out of the shell; one end of the first straight-through line is connected to the control circuit; the first lead portion and the wire intake end lead portion of the main circuit are arranged on the same side of the shell for connecting a coil of a contactor; and the heating protection system triggers the operating mechanism in the case of an overload, and the operating mechanism acts to drive the control circuit to cut off the power supply of the first straight-through line. By means of setting, inside the shell, the first straight-through line to be connected to the control circuit, the control circuit is directly connected to the coil of the contactor by means of the first straight-through line, such that the wiring steps can be reduced, and no additional wiring needs to be performed for the control circuit, thus making same have the characteristics of convenient wiring.
