Abstract:
This thermal storage device (8) is equipped with: a reactor (9) for generating heat by chemically reacting with ammonia; an adsorber (10) which has an adsorbent, and stores ammonia by adsorbing the ammonia in the absorbent; and a connection line (11) for connecting the reactor (9) and the adsorber (10), and moving the ammonia between the reactor (9) and the adsorber (10). The reactor (9) has: a thermal storage material (9a) provided so as to cover the outer-peripheral section of a catalyst; a porous sheet (9b) provided so as to cover the outer-peripheral section of the thermal storage material (9a); and a casing (9d) for encapsulating the thermal storage material (9a) and the porous sheet (9b). One end (11a) of the connection line (11) penetrates the casing (9d) and opens to the porous sheet (9b).
