Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermally activated delayed fluorescent compound, a preparation method therefor and an organic electroluminescent diode device thereof. The thermally activated delayed fluorescent compound has a structural general formula as shown in formula I: formula I (I), wherein R represents a chemical group as an electron donor. In the present invention, trifluoromethyl (-CF3) is used as a strong electron acceptor group, and by matching different functional groups, the electron donor group can be changed, so as to study the effect of the strength of the electron donor on the performance of materials and a skyblue-light, and therefore, a thermally activated delayed fluorescent compound having a significant TADF property is designed. The thermally activated delayed fluorescent compound of the present invention is a skyblue-light TADF compound having an ultrafast reverse intersystem crossing rate and a high luminous efficiency, and can thus effectively improve the luminous efficiency of an organic electroluminescent device when same is used as a luminescent material for an organic electroluminescent device. An organic electroluminescent device based on the thermally activated delayed fluorescent compound of the present invention has a very high device efficiency.
