Title:
THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE GREASE COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/215292
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a non-curable thermally conductive grease composition which comprises: a component A: an ethylene-(α-olefin) copolymer having a dynamic viscosity of 10,000 mm2/s or less at 40°C, in an amount of 100 parts by mass; and a component B: thermally conductive particles, in an amount of 115 to 580 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the component A. In the thermally conductive grease composition, the thermally conductive particles comprise: 55 to 350 parts by mass of a component B1 that is amorphous alumina having a center particle diameter of 0.1 to 1 μm, in which a portion or the whole of the amorphous alumina is surface-treated with a specific alkoxysilane compound or a partial hydrolysate thereof; 5 to 60 parts by mass of a component B2 that is flaky boron nitride having a center particle diameter of 0.1 to 10 μm; and 55 to 170 parts by mass of a component B3 that is agglomerated boron nitride having a center particle diameter of 20 to 70 μm. In the thermally conductive particles, the components B2 and B3 are added at such a mass ratio that (component B3)/(component B2) = 2 to 20. It is possible to provide a thermally conductive grease composition which rarely undergoes the generation of low-molecular-weight siloxane and has high drop impact resistance and a small specific gravity.
