Abstract:

A manufacturing method for a thermoelectric conversion device 10 involves filling first via holes 101 in an insulating body 11 with a first conductive paste 131. Third via holes 103 in a second insulating body 12 are filled with a second conductive paste 141. Next, portions in which the first conductive paste 131 protrudes from the first via holes 101 in the insulating body 11 are inserted in fourth via holes 104 in the second insulating body 12. Portions in which the second conductive paste 141 protrudes from the third via holes 103 in the second insulating body 12 are inserted in the second via holes 102. Next, a back surface protection member having a back surface wiring pattern 121, the second insulating body 12, the first insulating body 11, and a front surface protection member 110 having a front surface wiring pattern 111 are positioned in that order to form a laminate. Next, the laminate is heated while applying pressure in the laminate direction.
