Title:
THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/012377
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a thermoelectric conversion element which comprises a p-type thermoelectric conversion layer and an n-type thermoelectric conversion layer, and which exhibits excellent power generation capacity and high durability and minimizes variation in power generation capacity between lots. This thermoelectric conversion element has a p-type thermoelectric conversion layer and an n-type thermoelectric conversion layer which is electrically connected to the p-type thermoelectric conversion layer, wherein: the p-type thermoelectric conversion layer comprises a nano-carbon material and at least one member selected from the group consisting of onium salts and inorganic salts; the n-type thermoelectric conversion layer comprises a nano-carbon material and an onium salt; and the difference in ionization potential between the p-type thermoelectric conversion layer and the n-type thermoelectric conversion layer is 0.15 eV or less.
