Abstract:
This thermoelectric conversion module comprises an insulating sheet substrate having a front side and a back side, a plurality of thermoelectric transducers, and a wiring layer. The thermoelectric transducers are long extending in a first direction on the front side of the sheet substrate and are arranged along a second direction crossing the first direction. The wiring layer includes a plurality of wires that electrically connect the adjacent thermoelectric transducers in series on both long ends thereof. The plurality of thermoelectric transducers are all p-type thermoelectric transducers or n-type thermoelectric transducers. The thermal resistance of the wire is equal to or higher than that of the thermal transducers.
