Title:
THERMOELECTRIC GENERATING MODULE HAVING IMPROVED RELIABILITY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/194050
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermoelectric generating device having improved reliability, including a thermoelectric module that generates an electromotive force by using a temperature difference between a high temperature part and a low temperature part, wherein a polymer buffer layer is formed between an electrode and a substrate of the high temperature part of the thermoelectric module. According to the present invention, forming the buffer layer between the electrode and the substrate of the thermoelectric module makes it possible to maintain performance and also exhibit high reliability even when used in a mid-high temperature range that is greater than or equal to an application temperature of a commercial thermoelectric module.
