Abstract:
A thermoplastic elastomer, comprising the following raw materials by mass ratio: 26-33% of SEBS, 65-72% of white oil, 1.5-2.5% of oily expandable polystyrene, and 0.008-0.15% of antimicrobial agent. The preparation of the thermoplastic elastomer comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining SEBS and oily expandable polystyrene; S2, uniformly mixing the raw materials to obtain mixture A; and S3, performing high temperature sterilization on mixture A to prepare a finished product, wherein S1-S3 are processed in an aseptic workshop. The prepared elastomer product is environmentally-friendly, hygienic, non-toxic, harmless, and operable. The elastomer has the DIY function, and can be made in different shapes by means of different molds. The elastomer product is light, soft, and smooth, and can be used repeatedly, and has playability and interestingness. When the elastomer falls into pieces, a good dispersion effect is achieved on the ground due to its good elasticity, which has a good sense of beauty.
