Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent heat resistance and electromagnetic wave shielding ability, a method for manufacturing same, and an injection-molded article manufactured therefrom. More specifically, the present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent heat resistance and electromagnetic wave shielding ability, a method for manufacturing same, and an injection-molded article manufactured therefrom, the thermoplastic resin composition comprising: a) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin including 80% to 100% by weight of a base resin and 0% to 20% by weight of a reinforcing resin; b) 2 to 60 parts by weight of linear carbon fibers having an average diameter of 1 μm to 15 μm; c) 1 to 5 parts by weight of carbon nanofibrils having a BET specific surface area of 200-400 m2/g; d) 1 to 15 parts by weight of carbon nanoplates; and e) 1 to 25 parts by weight of metal powder. The present invention has excellent mechanical properties, such as impact strength, and also has excellent heat resistance and electromagnetic wave shielding ability, particularly high-frequency electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency, and thus can be used as automobile parts, and electric and electronic parts. Furthermore, the present invention has the effects of providing a thermoplastic resin composition which can be effectively used as a metal replacement material of aluminum and magnesium alloys, etc., a method for manufacturing same, and an injection-molded article manufactured therefrom.
