Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which can adhere a cyclic polyolefin polymer and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer or a metal foil together with sufficient strength, and a laminate using the thermoplastic resin composition. [Solution] The thermoplastic resin composition contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin, (B) 0.05-5 parts by mass of one or more selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids, and derivatives of unsaturated carboxylic acids, and (C) 0.01-3 parts by mass of an organic peroxide, wherein the thermoplastic resin (A) comprises (a1) 10-90 mass% of a cyclic polyolefin polymer, and (a2) 90-10 mass% of one or more selected from the group consisting of copolymers of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound, and hydrogenated products thereof, where the total of the component (a1) and the component (a2) is 100 mass%, and the component (a2) excludes hydrogenated block copolymers comprising random copolymer blocks of a conjugated diene compound and an aromatic vinyl compound and polymer blocks containing an aromatic vinyl compound as a main component.
