Abstract:
A thermostat with a reliable electrical connection and an assembly method therefor, which are intended to improve the reliability of electrical connections of a movable contact (8), a stationary contact (7) and a connection terminal. In the thermostat with a reliable electrical connection, a stationary contact piece and a first connection terminal (12) compress the inner and outer sides of a housing (1) via a first rivet (10); a shrapnel (9) in a movable contact component and a second connection terminal (13) compress the inner and outer sides of the housing (1) via a second rivet (11). At least one of the first rivet (10) and the second rivet (11) has a nailing direction which is from the outer side of the housing to the inner side of the housing. The second rivet (11) is in an interference fit with the installation hole of the shrapnel (9) in a movable contact component and/or the first rivet (10) is in an interference fit with the installation hole of a fixed joint board (6). In the premise of convenient assembly, the reliability of electrical connections between the shrapnel and the connection terminal and between the fixed joint board and the connection terminal is improved, the working of the thermostat is more reliable and its service life is also prolonged.
