Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thin-film solar cell module using a sub-module and to a method for producing the solar cell module. More specifically, the present invention relates to a thin-film solar cell module wherein small-surface-area sub-modules are constituted in an array in order to provide a solution for decreased efficiency due to reduced uniformity in thin films when producing thin-film solar cell modules or panels of large surface area, and the present invention also relates to a method for producing the solar cell module.
