Abstract:
A thin-film solar cell, belonging to the field of solar cell devices. A first scribed groove (201) in communication with a conductive glass (102) layer is provided in a negative electrode layer (101), the first scribed groove (201) is filled with an absorption layer (301), a second scribed groove (401) in communication with the negative electrode layer (101) is provided in the upper surface of the absorption layer (301), the bottom of the second scribed groove (401) is located on a side edge of the top of the first scribed groove (201), a positive electrode layer (501) is arranged on the upper surface of the absorption layer (301), the second scribed groove (401) is filled with the positive electrode layer (501), a third scribed groove (601) in communication with the absorption layer (301) is provided in the positive electrode layer (501), and the third scribed groove (601) is located on a side edge of the top of the second scribed groove (401). Electrodes of adjacent sub-cells between P1, P2 and P3 make direct contact by selecting a scribing angle of the scribing P2, direct contact between positive and negative electrodes of an active layer of a dead zone of the cell in a classical scribing method is effectively removed, and the problem of short-circuit heating of the dead zone of the cell is effectively avoided.
