Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide thinning scissors which are suited to cutting twisted hair which grows so as to follow the scalp, or twisted hair in a lock of hair which makes said lock of hair hard to comb. This pair of thinning scissors is for cutting hair and comprises a comb-toothed blade and a straight blade, said pair of thinning scissors being characterized in that the comb-toothed blade is longer than the straight blade and the leading end thereof is processed into a rounded corner shape. By adopting this configuration, it is possible, without injuring the scalp, to efficiently thin twisted hair which is hard to comb, even if the comb-toothed blade 2 is moved in the direction in which the hair is growing, with the leading-end portion of the comb-toothed blade 2 making contact with the scalp.
