Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a three-degree-of-freedom asynchronous bearingless motor, comprising a rotor and a stator, the rotor consists of a rotation shaft and a rotor iron core, and rotor conducting bars are mounted at the outer circumference of the rotor iron core. The stator comprises a stator iron core and a stator permanent magnet ring, both of which are sequentially connected radially outwards along the rotor iron core, and axial control iron cores and axial suspension windings which are symmetrically provided at two sides of the stator iron core; the outer edges of the axial control iron cores abut against and fit the outer wall of the stator permanent magnet ring, and the inner edges of the axial control iron cores extend towards the rotor iron core and are provided with axial working air gaps; the axial suspension windings fit the inner walls of the outer edges of the axial control iron cores and are spaced apart from the stator iron core; and motor torque windings and radial suspension windings respectively located at inner layers and outer layers are wound around the stator iron core.
