Abstract:

A three-dimensional angle measurement method and apparatus. After a light beam emitted by a laser (1) passes through a beam expanding collimating lens (2) and a beam splitter (3), one path is transmitted to an extinction device (11), and the other path is transmitted to a moving component. The moving component is a long-angle mirror (7), and a transflective mirror or film (6) is provided on a front end surface. A part of the light beam returns to a fixed component after reflection and enters a first detector (10-1), and the other part of the light beam enters the interior of the long-angle mirror (7) for transmission, is then transmitted to the fixed component after being reflected by a total reflection surface twice, and enters a second detector (10-2). The fixed component is used as a benchmark during testing, and the moving component is placed on a measured object and moves synchronously with the object. A direct measurement method of spot displacement is adopted, then the distance between the fixed component and the moving component is measured by means of a laser rangefinder (8), and after calculation and processing, the high-frequency simultaneous measurement of the three-dimensional angles of pitch, roll, and yaw may be achieved, which is suitable for the measurement of dynamic targets and the high-speed measurement of vibrating targets. The measurement apparatus is not limited by the focal length of a lens and has a compact volume.
