Abstract:
Disclosed are a three-dimensional automatically-aligned micropore array high-throughput filter and a manufacturing method thereof. The filter is divided into an operating region and a filtering region. The operating region is located at the periphery of the filter. The filtering region is located in the middle of the filter. The filtering region is recessed relative to the operating region. Three-dimensional automatically-aligned micropores are disposed in the filtering region. The three-dimensional automatically-aligned micropores comprise upper-layer micropores and lower-layer micropores. The upper-layer micropores and lower-layer micropores are coaxial. The upper-layer micropores are cylindrical. The diameters of the upper-layer micropores is less than that of the lower-layer micropores. The upper-layer micropores communicate with the lower-layer micropores. The lower-layer micropores are cylindrical, or tapering with the diameter thereof increasing gradually from top to bottom. The invention increases fluid flow by reducing the thickness of upper-layer micropores and increasing the diameter of lower-layer micropores, and increases the mechanical strength of the filter by means of the lower-layer micropores. The manufacturing method of the filter of the invention combines lithography, soft lithography replication , imprinting and membrane transfer technologies. The method is easy and rapid, and is applicable to the manufacture of microporous filters of different materials and is applicable in different fields.
