A three-dimensional cool-feeling sealing ring, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The three-dimensional cool-feeling sealing ring comprises a three-dimensional support member (1), a cool-feeling portion (2) and a fixing member (3), wherein the three-dimensional support member (1), the cool-feeling portion (2) and the fixing member (3) are all in the shape of a closed ring. The preparation method for the three-dimensional cool-feeling sealing ring comprises: obtaining a three-dimensional support member (1) and a fixing member (3) by means of injection molding; and fixedly connecting a cool-feeling portion (2) to the three-dimensional support member (1) by means of welding, so as to obtain the three-dimensional cool-feeling sealing ring. The three-dimensional cool-feeling sealing ring and an edge of a mask can be fixedly connected in a fastening manner to obtain a mask with the three-dimensional cool-feeling sealing ring, so that sealing performance of the mask can be guaranteed, a cool feeling can be provided for a wearer, and disassembly and replacement can be implemented according to requirements.
