Abstract:
A three-dimensional image display for presenting three-dimensional display in a true sense of not only a still picture but a moving picture without any need of special eyeglasses and coherent light. A large number of screen dots (11) constituted of LCDs enabling easy change of image contents are arranged on a three-dimensional display screen (10). An object image formed by the LCDs is projected into a space, so that a large number of point light source images (P) constituting a three-dimensional image (R), i.e., an object to be displayed, is formed. The viewer (Q) views it as a three-dimensional image.
