Abstract:
Provided is a three-dimensional-measurement device with which it is possible to expand the range of measurement using light of differing wavelengths and to improve measurement efficiency. This three-dimensional-measurement device 1 is provided with: a first floodlight system 2A for causing first light that is synthesized light from light of a first wavelength and light of a second wavelength to be incident on a first surface 60a of a polarizing beam splitter 60; a second floodlight system 2B for causing second light that is synthesized light from light of a third wavelength and light of a fourth wavelength to be incident on a second surface 60b of the polarizing beam splitter 60; a first imaging system 4A that is capable of separating output light pertaining to the first light emitted from the second surface 60b into output light pertaining to the light of the first wavelength and output light pertaining to the light of the second wavelength, and imaging each of the lights; and a second imaging system 4B that is capable of separating output light pertaining to the second light emitted from the first surface 60a into output light pertaining to the light of the third wavelength and output light pertaining to the light of the fourth wavelength, and imaging each of the lights.
