Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a three-dimensional modeling method using a binder jetting process, said three-dimensional modeling method being more safe and harmless than ever before without causing environmental contamination. [Solution] A three-dimensional modeling method using a binder jetting process, wherein a step for forming a starting material powder layer having a predetermined layer thickness is formed by supplying a starting material powder, and a step for forming a two-dimensional bonded body by selectively jetting a binder to the starting material powder layer so that a desired shape is drawn therein are repeated so as to form a three-dimensional body, in which two-dimensional bonded bodies are stacked and bonded, within a plurality of stacked starting material powder layers. In this three-dimensional modeling method using a binder jetting process, an aqueous solution containing a hydrocolloid is used as the binder.
