Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of speaker cones. Disclosed are a three-dimensional multi-directional reinforced cone composed of multiple planar layers, and a manufacturing method therefor. The cone has high strength and reduced weight, solving technical problems in the prior art relating to cone breakup, transient response, and harmonic distortion. The cone of the present invention is composed of multiple vertically stacked planar layers. Each planar layer has a repeatedly folded structure, and has a zigzag structure when viewed in a cross-section. The invention effectively remedies the defect of speaker distortion, and improves the vibration intensity of the cone. The folded reinforced structures are stacked to increase the rigidity of a diaphragm and to satisfy the low-weight requirement thereof, while reducing production costs and simplifying manufacturing processes.
