Abstract:
A three-dimensional structure with needle-like projections with a height larger than a width on one surface of the resin sheet thereof and a device and a method for stably manufacturing the structure with high productivity. The structure effectively utilizes hollows in the needle-like projections to provide novel functions. In the method for manufacturing the three-dimensional structure with the needle-like projections on one surface of the resin sheet thereof, a pressurized air chamber is formed at the rear of a holed retaining plate and/or a substrate formed integrally with the needle-like projections and a release plate having holes corresponding to the needle-like projections is installed on the surface of the substrate. Also, the structure contains objects in the hollows inside the molded needle-like projections, and the bottom face thereof is sealed by a sheet-like object.
