Abstract:
A three-dimensional vapor chamber element and a manufacturing method therefor. The three-dimensional vapor chamber element comprises an upper cover, a lower cover, a porous capillary structure, and a working fluid; the upper cover comprises a substrate provided with a substrate cavity, an opening, an upper outer surface, and an upper inner surface, and a pipe body provided with a top end, a pipe body cavity, and a pipe body inner surface; the pipe body is disposed on the upper outer surface and protrudes outwards from the upper outer surface; the top end is provided with an injection port sealing structure; the lower cover is provided with a lower inner surface and a lower outer surface; when the upper cover covers the lower cover, the pipe body cavity and the substrate cavity form a closed air cavity; the porous capillary structure is continuously arranged on the pipe body inner surface, the upper inner surface, and the lower inner surface; the working fluid is provided in the closed air cavity; and the injection port sealing structure is formed by injecting the working fluid into the closed air cavity by means of an injection port pre-formed at the top end, and then sealing the injection port. Therefore, the present invention can overcome the defects in the prior art, circulation is smoother during working, the heat dissipation efficiency is better, and liquid leakage can further be avoided.
