A 3D video image provision device (1) is provided with: an editing unit (12) which, in a 3D video image editing state, determines motion information for a 3D object (32) according to the passage of time; and a reproduction unit (13) which, in a 3D video image reproduction state, reproduces a 3D video image of the 3D object (32), which moves according to the motion information. The reproduction unit (13) reproduces the 3D video image by changing the direction of a virtual camera (21) so that the line of sight of the virtual camera (21) follows the movement of the 3D object.
