Abstract:
A three-in-one electric drive assembly structure, comprising: an integrated main housing and a drive motor module (1), a reducer module (2), a controller module (3) and an integrated cooling water channels arranged at the inner part of the main housing, wherein the drive motor module (1) and the reducer module (2) are connected one to the other by means of splines, and the controller module (3) and the drive motor module (1) are connected by means of a three-phase copper bar (18); a motor, a controller and the reducer module (2) are integrated into one body, and the motor and the controller are connected by means of the three-phase copper bar (18); the motor and the reducer module (2) employ an integrated housing, and a motor output shaft and an input shaft of the reducer module (2) are connected by means of splines to transmit torque; and the motor and the controller use the integrated cooling water channels, and the outlet of the cooling water channel of the controller and the inlet of the cooling water channel of the motor use a coaxial design, and are connected by means of a connection water pipe (30), thereby achieving integrated cooling.
