A three-phase power supply conversion circuit for a household appliance, a household appliance, and a power-on control method. The three-phase power supply conversion circuit comprises a three-level active PFC unit, at least two power-on units and a control unit. After a three-phase power supply is converted by the three-level active PFC unit, a first direct current and a second direct current can be obtained to supply power to corresponding loads. Moreover, an input end of the three-level active PFC unit is provided with a power-on unit, so as to buffer a device in the three-level active PFC unit when the three-level active PFC unit is powered on. Specifically, a first controllable switch module and a second controllable switch module in the power-on unit, and the three-level active PFC unit are controlled by means of the control unit, so as to complete buffering, thereby avoiding damage to the device caused by an instantaneous high voltage.
