Abstract:
In a three-point support guide for supporting a wire electrode of an electric discharge wire cutting machine, a processing liquid is introduced into a V-notch guide (1) and also is guided through a processing liquid guide path (7) on the end surface portion of the movable member (4) opposite to the guide notch of the wire electrode so that the pressure of the processing liquid acts equally upon both end surfaces of the movable member (4) which biases and supports a wire electrode (P) and the wire guide V-notch independently of the change of the pressure of the processing liquid introduced into the guide (1).
