A three-way valve (26) disposed between an accumulating chamber (31), a distributing means (9), and a low pressure circuit for drainage (32) in an accumulator distributing type fuel injection pump (1) for distributedly feeding a high-pressure fuel accumulated in the accumulating chamber (31) to each cylinder by the distributing means (9), wherein two valve elements (36, 37) are disposed in a housing (40) opposedly to each other in the same reciprocatingly moving direction so as to abut on each other in butted state, a first valve for disengaging and engaging the accumulating chamber (31) and the distributing means (9) from and with each other are formed of one valve element (36) and a second valve for disengaging and engaging the distributing means (9) and the low pressure circuit (32) from and with each other are formed of the other valve element (37), and both valve elements (36, 37) in contact with each other are moved in one moving direction to open the first valve and close the second valve and moved in the other direction to close the first valve and open the second valve.
