The present invention provides a tiltable three-wheeled riding device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the three-wheeled riding device comprises: a tilting main body including a driving wheel provided to be tiltable to the left and the right, a tilting frame, and a handle operation portion for performing a steering operation; a fixed main body including a fixed frame having one end coupled to the tilting frame, and driven wheels provided on both sides of the fixed frame; a pair of footrest portions having front ends respectively coupled to the left and right sides of the tilting main body, and rear ends which pivot up and down to drive the driving wheel; a footrest support portion for supporting the footrest portions such that the footrest portions do not go down further when pivoted downward and moved down to a certain height; a power transmission member for transmitting, to the driving wheel, a driving force generated by the operation of the footrest portions; a pivot guide portion coupled to the power transmission member to be vertically movable when the footrest portions are operated; and a load providing portion for decelerating the pivot speed of the footrest portions or stopping the footrest portions when the footrest portions are moved down to a certain height in the case that the footrest portions are stepped on to operate the driving wheel through the power transmission member.
