Abstract:
A threshold determination device 2 comprises a threshold determination unit 25 that, by using a thermal image obtained by photographing a given photographing range with a thermal camera 13 at a target time and a background thermal image which is a thermal image of the background of the given photographing range, determines a threshold, which is for judgement on pixels different from those of the background in the thermal image and which is for a subtracted value of a pixel value between the pixels of the thermal image and pixels corresponding to the background thermal image, so as to have a greater absolute value when the difference between the temperature of a main body having existed in the photographing range earlier than the target time and the temperature of the background is larger.
