Abstract:
A sensor unit (1) has a unit body (21) installed on a throttle device (2) and a pressure sensor chamber (26) provided in the unit body (21) and receiving and holding an inlet air pressure sensor (32) for detecting an inlet air pressure through an inlet air tube. The pressure sensor chamber (26) has a pressure reception region (70) for receiving a pressure in the inlet air tube and has a pressure detection region (72) partitioned out by a partition wall (80) from the pressure reception region (70), communicating with the pressure reception region (70) through a predetermined communication section (s), and detecting the pressure received by the pressure reception section (70) by using the inlet air pressure sensor (32). Foreign objects can be prevented from flowing into the inlet air pressure sensor when air in the inlet air tube is guided to the inlet air pressure sensor (32), and this increases detection accuracy of the inlet air pressure sensor (32).
