Abstract:
A tightly positioning structure of a rotating tool capable of tightly positioning a member concentrically with a rotating shaft and maintaining a high concentricity of the member with the rotating shaft even if an external force acts on the member installed around the axis of the rotating shaft, wherein a wood plane drum as a rotating tool comprises a cylindrical plane drum body (10) fixed through a bush (20) to around the axis of the rotating shaft (1), the bush (20) is inserted in the state that a flange part (20a) is brought into contact with both ends of the plane drum body (10), and a convergent tapered pin (19) fixing the bush (20) to the plane drum body (10) unmovably relative to each other is inserted without clearance (so called the close fit) into insert holes (10c) and (20c) of the plane drum body (10) and bush (20), whereby, because the tapered pin (19) is installed at a position where at least a part of the tapered pin falls within the range of a boundary line n1 (-10°) to a boundary line n2 (+20°) as shown in the figure, the plane drum body (10) can be tightly positioned concentrically with the rotating shaft (1) and the displacement of the plane drum body (10) relative to the rotating shaft (1) can be suppressed.
