A tile with a shiplap structure capable of preventing rain water from penetrating into joints by downwardly energizing the rain water along the surface of the tile and a fastener for the tile. In the tile installable parallel with each other in a shiplap form in the vertical and horizontal directions, an underlap part is formed on the upper side and one of the right and left sides of a tile base part and an overlap part in the same shape as the underlap part is formed on the lower side and the other of the right and left sides. A sloped part tilted toward the lower side is formed on the surface of the tile base part. The sloped part is formed from a position lowered by the same amount as the width of the lower side overlap part from the upper side of the tile base part through a step part of the same thickness as that of the lower side overlap part, and the area of the tile base part between the upper side and the step part is formed connectable to each other in the shiplap form as the underlap part. A locking piece lockable to a backing material horizontal beam is protrusively formed at the rear surface upper edge of the upper side underlap part. A recessed part may be formed in the rear surface of the tile base part.
