Abstract:
Disclosed is a tiltable and slidable personal digital assistant in which a sliding unit has a tilting angle freely adjustable relative to a main body unit. The tiltable and slidable personal digital assistant of the present invention comprises a main body unit, a tilting frame coupled to the main body such that the tilting frame is tiltable about one end thereof, a slide unit slidably mounted on the tilting frame and which slides relative to the main body unit, and tilts relative to the main body unit together with the tilting frame after being slidably opened, a tilting spring for providing elastic force to enable the tilting frame to rotate in a tilting direction only in a part of the tilting range of the tilting frame, and stopper means for keeping the tilting frame at a tilted state in such a manner that the tilting frame can freely stop in the section which is free from the elastic force of the tilting spring within the tilting range of the tilting frame.
