Abstract:
A time-division interleaving bandpass filter for voice activity detection. In a filter circuit, bandpass filters with different center frequencies are realized in different time slots within a predetermined time period, such that the aim of multiple groups of bandpass filter channels sharing the same transistor circuit, bias circuit and current mirror circuit is achieved. Since the multiple groups of bandpass filter channels operate in a time-division interleaving manner and a circuit of only one group of bandpass filters is required, the area of a chip is reduced. The area of the chip does not have a direct proportional relationship with an increase in the number of filter channels, thereby reducing the influence of a transistor manufacturing process on the center frequency of a filter. In addition, during the determination of the center frequency, a pulse time ti is introduced, and there is no need for matching between a current mirror circuit and a transistor, such that the accuracy of the center frequency of a bandpass filter group is improved, thereby making it possible to add more bandpass filters with different center frequencies within a specific frequency range.
