Abstract:
Disclosed are a time domain spectroscopic device and time domain spectroscopic analysis system whereby high-speed analysis can be achieved with improved SN ratio and without reducing the number of integrations. A time domain spectroscopic device comprises: a branching section that branches an input pulse beam; a variable delay element that delays the timing of one of these pulse beams branched by the branching section; an electromagnetic wave generator that converts the other aforementioned pulse beam branched by the branching section to an electromagnetic wave; a detector that detects measurement data from the pulses transmitted through a measurement subject that receives electromagnetic waves directed thereon from the electromagnetic wave generator and the pulses that are output from the variable delay element; and a comparator that compares the phase difference of the pulse beam prior to input to the electromagnetic wave generator and the pulse beam that was output from the variable delay element. The result obtained by the comparator is fed back to the variable delay element.
