Abstract:
A time synchronization method and apparatus. The method comprises: a first device in a cellular network sending a first message to a second device according to a local timing time in the cellular network and in accordance with a time requirement indicated by first configuration information in a TSN, wherein the first message is used for performing time synchronization with the TSN, and the second device is a device in the cellular network or a device in a non-cellular network. According to the method provided in the embodiments of the present application, time synchronization is performed on a device in a TSN according to a local timing time in a cellular network, and a time synchronization period and a time precision requirement of the TSN are timed. Therefore, when a master clock of the TSN is unstable, the cellular network can be used as a master clock to time a non-cellular network such as the TSN, such that the service of the non-cellular network such as the TSN can be stable and reliable.
