Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a data inactivity timer control method, which is applicable to a terminal. The method comprises: in response to the occurrence of a data inactivity timer starting event, determining an operation for starting a data inactivity timer according to whether a terminal is in a dual active protocol stack (DAPS) switching process.
