Abstract:
Provided are a timing conversion device and method capable of precisely realizing signal timing delay by means of a simple structure, a write leveling system and a computer readable medium. The timing conversion device comprises a time-to-digital conversion unit which acquires a first signal having a first cycle from the outside, and generates a coarse code on the basis of the first cycle; a fine code adjusting unit which acquires the coarse code from the time-to-digital conversion unit, outputs a fine code to the time-to-digital conversion unit for generation of a coarse code, and adjusts the fine code when the coarse code is not an integer multiple of Y, until the coarse code becomes an integer multiple of Y, wherein Y is a positive integer; a multiplication unit which acquires the coarse code from the time-to-digital conversion unit, and calculates X/Y times of the coarse code, wherein X is a positive integer; and a digital-to-time conversion unit which acquires the fine code from the fine code adjusting unit, acquires X/Y times of the coarse code from the multiplication unit, acquires a second signal from the outside, delays the second signal by X/Y times of the first cycle on the basis of the X/Y times of the coarse code and the fine code, and outputs the second signal to the outside.
